Terms of sale
These terms apply to the sale of the domain name durbanestateagents.co.za (“the domain”) by Pro Media Mogul (“we”, “us”) to the buyer named on the order form (“you”).
1. What you are buying
You are buying the right to be the registered owner (registrant) of the domain. The domain is sold as is. It does not include any website, content, email accounts, trademarks or other intellectual property, unless agreed in writing. You are responsible for making sure your use of the domain does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
2. Price and payment
The price is R10,000.00, payable in full through Paystack before the transfer starts. The domain is sold to the first buyer whose payment Paystack confirms. If we receive more than one payment, every payment after the first is refunded in full.
3. Transfer
- To your own registrar: after your payment is confirmed, ask your hosting company or registrar to request a transfer of the domain and send us the transfer ticket or reference number with your order number. We approve the transfer within 1 business day of receiving it.
- Kept with Pro Media Mogul: we update the registered owner to your details within 2 business days of payment. Hosting and other services are quoted and billed separately.
Transfers are processed by the .co.za registry (ZA Central Registry, ZACR) and the registrars. Their processing times are outside our control. Your registrar may charge its own transfer or yearly renewal fees, which you pay directly to them.
4. Your information must be correct
You confirm that the details and documents you submit are true and that you are authorised to act for the owner named. We may ask for more documents to verify identity before approving the transfer.
5. Refunds
If we cannot transfer the domain to you for a reason within our control, we refund you in full. Once we have approved a transfer, or updated the registrant to your details, the sale is final.

Privacy notice (POPIA)
We collect your name, identity or passport number, company details, contact details, physical address and copies of your documents for one purpose: to transfer the domain to you and register it correctly in your name, as the .co.za registry requires.
- Who sees it: our team, and where needed the registrars and the registry involved in the transfer. Your card details go directly to Paystack. We never see or store them.
- How it is protected: your information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a protected area of our server that cannot be accessed from the internet.
- How long we keep it: only as long as we need it to complete the transfer and meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties.
- Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@promediamogul.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
